Hi, I’m Caryn!
I am a wife, mother of 2 girls, business owner and Integrative Health Coach.
I am also a formerly exhausted woman who, at one point, couldn’t get through the day without a nap! I understand how low energy can interfere with your life, and prevent you from accomplishing what you want to do – or even getting anything done!
Through diet, self-care and some lifestyle changes, I now have energy to achieve my potential and live life to the fullest! That is priceless!
My story doesn’t end there. In fact, let’s start at the beginning to see how I got here.
I was always one of those kids who could eat anything and never gain weight. That was, of course, until college. Month after month I gained pound after pound. I was never really heavy, but it was enough weight gain to cause concern – and an eating disorder.
Over the next seven years, I worked to heal myself from those destructive years. I moved to Spain and started feeling better. Then I moved to England, and things got bad. I started suffering from migraines, blackouts, stomach issues, restless legs, low energy and eventually hearing loss, and no one could help me. There was no medical reason for my ailments. I was scared.
After a year of failed tests and being told it was “all in my head”, I turned to acupuncture, diet and faith. I started to learn about how everything in the body is connected, and how what I eat affects how I feel. I changed my diet and had immediate results. My eyes were opened and I knew health and food was my passion and a new path.
After many years of working on healing, I was able to give birth to two gorgeous little girls. However, afterwards, I became fatigued, dizzy and weak. I chalked it up to not sleeping in years, but the problems persisted! I wasn’t able to play with my kids, keep up with work, my house or my friends. I became depressed, felt helpless and hopeless.
I developed food intolerances, allergies, thyroid issues, anxiety, panic attacks and was on the brink of an autoimmune condition. My digestive system was a wreck, I was malnourished and my histamine levels were sky high! That’s when we discovered I had parasites, some ugly bacteria in my gut, and a viral load that was wreaking havoc. So I knew I had to clean up my act even more and listen to what my body needed.
Health is a journey and I truly believe that God walks you through the mud to lead you to your potential. With each challenge, I have learned more about my body, the healing process and how to trust my intuition and my God.
As a health coach, I support women who are tired and are ready to RECLAIM their energy!
Low energy is caused by digestive issues, autoimmunity, food intolerances, poor diet, stress, or mommy burn out. My job is to help you identify what foods are supporting you and which are dragging you down, gain confidence in the kitchen and understand what your body really craves.
I will help you tune into your body, tune-up your health, and tap into the POWER of food so that you can live to your potential.
My coaching approach is full of love, understanding and support because I know that abundant, beautiful energy is priceless, and is something EVERY woman deserves to have.
