I love this recipe so much, I just had to share it with you all. It is fast, simple, fresh and pure.

The marriage between bananas and mangos seems pretty natural. Both are tropical fruits and they complement each really well, bananas being sweet and filling, while mangos gearing a bit on the sweet and sour side, and a silky smooth texture.

So once in the food processor with a bit of cashew butter (you can use almond too), this came out to be a silky smooth, GORGEOUS pudding. And did I mention healthy?

To add crunch and complexity, I lightly toasted some slivered almonds and coconut on a cookie sheet at 250 for 10 minutes.

Go ahead, give it a try for dessert, snack or even breakfast!  You will make your mouth super happy!
